Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. KRAVE Signature Rum Punch is not shipped and is available for local pickup only.

Fruit Punch: Overnight Shipping

KRAVE Signature Fruit Punch is perishable and ships by overnight delivery only, packed in insulated packaging with dry ice. To avoid weekend delays, Fruit Punch orders ship Monday through Wednesday. Someone should be available to receive the package, and it should be refrigerated immediately on arrival. Do not handle dry ice with bare hands. Overnight shipping is required for Fruit Punch and is calculated at checkout.

Processing Times

In-stock orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Made-to-order glassware and home items take 3 to 7 business days to produce before they ship. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping. Orders with both in-stock and made-to-order items may arrive in separate packages.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at Krave, 8 S Division Street, New Rochelle, NY 10805, Wednesday to Saturday, 5:00 to 9:00 PM. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we'll email you when yours is ready. Pickup orders are held for 3 days. Rum Punch must be picked up by someone 21 or older with a valid photo ID.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, email resurrectiononthegreen@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
